Why visit Bruckaros?

• An opportunity to get out of the car and take a short or long walk on the slopes of this volcanic plug.

On the slopes of the mountain (4x4) • 3 individual campsites • Each site has shade, wind break & braii • Toilet & bush shower • Picnic site - wind break & shade At the foot of the mountain • Camping area (suitable all vehicles) • No electricity • Please bring own water (available in Berseba) Nearby attractions include: • Quiver Tree Forest (1 hr 30 mins) • Fish River Canyon(4-5 hours)


Location Next to Brukkaros, about 80 km northwest of Keetmanshoop How to get there? At Tses you turn from the B 1 main road onto the D 3901 gravel road to Berseba. After about 30 km a signpost saying 'Brukkaros' directs you to the right. From there it is another 8 km to the campsite.
