Ben S. Siyambango (Executive Director)

Mr. Ben.S. Siyambango is a conservator and a management specialist in business enterprises and project management.
 
Ellen Musialela (Chairperson)  
Ellen Musialela (Chairperson)

Ellen works with community based tourism in the Namibia Tourism Board and is representing the NTB.  She is a founding member of the NACOBTA Trust.
 
Martin Webb-Bowen  
Martin Webb-Bowen (Trustee)

Martin represents the tourism industry private sector through FENATA.  He runs a well established safari company and has a passion for community based tourism.  His association with NACOBTA dates back to the late 90’s.
 
Erica Akuenje  
Erica Akuenje (Trustee)

She is the Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Environment and Tourism and represents this Ministry.
 
Dr.Chris Brown  
Dr. Chris Brown (Trustee)

An environmentalist at heart with extensive experience in a wide array of disciplines including tourism, conservation, fundraising and financial management.
 
Rebekka Hidulika  
Rebekka Hidulika (Trustee)

A very dynamic business woman who runs her own tour company.  She has been elected by the members of NACOBTA to represent them on the board.
 
Honeb Hosabe( Deputy Chairperson)  
/Honeb Hosabe (Deputy Chairperson)

Hosabe is one of the founding members of the NACOBTA Trust and also a member of the organization.  He has vast experience in supporting community economic development initiatives, i.e. training/coaching CBO’s, NGO’s, SMEs, conservancies, cooperatives, etc.
 
Lucia Shipena  
LuciaShipena (Trustee)

Julia represents the Namibia Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
 
Charlotte Shigwedha  
Charlotte Shigwedha (Trustee)

Charlotte is a cultural tourism enthusiast and she conducts township tours in Swakopmund.  She represents the NACOBTA members on the board.
